The NBA Players Association Camp is this weekend and all the best players in the 2010 – 2011 classes are there.
By now you have all heard to negitive comments Harrison Barnes spewed about Cal, so Id say we wont be recruiting him any longer, but a word of wisdom to Harrison, you are a high school kid dont let your mouth overload your ass, you are repeating what other coaches are saying, while they try to plant negative images of Cal in your inmature little mind, which is just as dirty as what your saying Cal has done, leaving Memphis in bad shape, and releasing players from scholarships.
UK’s top target for 2010 Brandon Knight was burning it up the first day of camp, he had 24 pts in his first game.
CJ Leslie said John Wall has been in his ear about playing in Lex, and he will visit this summer, he has named his top three schools as UK, North Carolina, and Florida.
Phildelphia big man Rakeem Christmas has declared Kentucky and Florida as his top two schools, at 6-10 210 lbs Rakeem is a top talent in the 2011 class and with great quicks and athleticism he would be a great fit in Cals program.
Mike Gilchrist the player everyone in the biz thinks is a UK lock for 2011, has made a big impression the first day, with most scouts declaring him the best player at the Camp regardless of age.
Doran Lamb is playing on the same team as Harrison Barnes , and Corey Johseph, they are the team to beat at the camp, maybe Lamb who is said to be a UK lean will tell Barnes to shut his yap.
Justin Martin who recently backed out of a commit to UL, has been hearing from the Cats.
Fab Melo the man mountain is looking very impressive so far.
Laquinton Ross has UK high on his list after watching so recent tapes on Cal’s offense.
2011 will be a banner year in UK recruiting, as they are in with a ton of the top players.

As the poster posted above, an 18 y.o. words can be misunderstood as they don't know how to speak to media at times. However, you wanting to be a media member need to NOT claim to represent UK and call out players and be a detriment to our recruiting.
So many spelling errors in this post, but Harrison Barnes has since said his words were taken out of context and were not issued as an insult to UK or Cal. He also doesn't even remember making one of the comments. Maybe YOU, should understand that the media sometimes twists the words of a prospect.
Wow, serenity now. It is so great to hear top recruits mentioning UK in their list of schools again. Thanks Coach Cal, you've got it going on, you seem to have the whole package. I'm going to have to have cardiac meds prescribed to me prior to the start of next season because I'm not sure if my heart can take it. GO BIG BLUE !!!
