Harrison Barnes, Blue Collier Superstar

Harrison Barnes doesn’t need the flash and sizzle in his game, what he brings is a deadly mix of proficiency, skill, and blue collier work ethic, that is hard to equal by other players in the class of 2010.

Harrison Barnes the 6 -7, 209 lb shooting guard from Ames Iowa, is dominate most of the time he is on the court, but he doesn’t need the fancy moves, or the flashy dunks to dazzle you, how he impresses is with flat out production in every statistical  category.

Barnes is smooth as silk on the court he never rushes, never lets the defense rattle him, he just comes out an takes over the game with unmatched efficiency, whether it is with his feathery 3 point shot, breaking down defenders with his slashing game, or his lethal mid range skill, Harrison just gets the job done.

Barnes brings it on both ends, on every stage, he works hard on defense, which is rare for the stars of today, he is a fierce rebounder, not afraid to mix it up with the big boys, he has the floor vision to set up teammates, and he is a knock down free throw shooter, like I said he gets it done in every phase of the game.

Harrison has the perfect frame for his position, and combining this with deceptive speed allows him to get to in the lane at will and finish above the rim with explosion, what may be the strongest part of Harrison’s arsenal is his knowledge of the game, he just knows how to get it done.

I know it is a long shot that Barnes ends up in Lexington, but a guy can day dream about a super. class of Barnes and Brandon Knight.
