The NCAA And Their Double Standards

I Pondered all day about writing an earth shattering article exposing the NCAA for their shady, underhanded, totally biased dealings, but upon further review it is a completely pointless endeavor, because unless you have been in a closet since 1999 you realize that if your name is Duke, Kansas, or one of the other NCAA golden boys that any violations or infractions are swept under the rug and/or investigated for all eternity, the examples of this mockery of a system are endless, but here are a few exhibits from the prosecution, yes I’m playing the same game the NCAA does, I have anointed myself Judge, Jury, and Executioner, and we are putting the NCAA and their farce of an institution on trail. These following article’s are the evidence, you can make your own judgement 

The Cory Maggette Situation this has been under investigation since 1999 when Duke went to the Final Four, and nothing has been done, Duke has not vacated their wins and this guy admitted being payed.

The NCAA’s nut huggery of Duke, this piece blows the lid off the total bias that is shown towards Coach K and the Pukies.

Darrell Arthur and Kansas, this shows that when Kansas faced an almost identical violation as Memphis that nothing happened to them, they were not stripped of their National Title and they won’t be, Why you ask, because Bill Self is in the good ole boy network that the NCAA bows to.

The Reggie Bush and OJ Mayo Investigation is stalling at the moment even with tons of evidence, Imagine That.

The Uconn Cover up, these are major violations that where uncovered long before the Derrick Rose Story and guess what nada !

These are just a few of hundreds of examples of the favoritism the NCAA shows its chosen programs, and there are scores of storys of teams being publicly executed for much less, but after studying the evidence the only logical conclusion is

The NCAA IS GUILTY, they are the one’s in violation of being a complete joke.

Anyone who has read my previous work knows that I try to comport myself with the utmost integrity and respect when dealing with my fellow man, but since you have taken the principles of Journalistic Integrity, slung them on the floor and s#*t upon them, I feel no compunction to treat you any better than your common filthy street h*r, because that is what you are, you have prostituted yourself to Pitino by writing his book, then staying mostly silent during his indiscretion, and when you did speak it was to deflect guilt from your pimp er boss Little Ricky, but when it comes to Calipari you worthless, *&^%$(, F426899, sorry, (*&^%$, piece of &^%^%$, smelly **&&^% stankin,^^%$$#, you race to be the first to throw stones, the first to build the cross to crucify him, talk about a double standard. They say controversy sells papers, The problem is Jerry tries to create controversy where there is none, now don’t get me wrong i thrive on controversy ill say things no one else will, its what separates this site from the other 20 UK site’s , but the problem for you Jerry curl is the LHL is the only paper in Lex, Your in the heart of UK country, people don’t want to hear you blast the cats.

The tabloid journalist Jerry Tipton has been stymied lately with Cal doing everything right, but give him time he’ll kill our buzz soon enough, Let me refresh your memory this is the guy that called a recruits mother, and told her Gillispe had a DUI, this is the Guy who ripped the fans for being to hard on Tubby, even though he thought it was ok Tubby let the program slip in to obscurity, this is the guy who Questioned Cals hire, this is the guy who was negative at PPat’s presser, and this is the guy who splashed Kelena Azibuke’s personnel tragedy all over the news, I could go on and on but the point is Jerry, people are tired of your Obnoxious, arrogant, anti UK journalism.

Jerry wants to be a Pulitzer Prize winning investigative Journalist, but he comes across as a bitter old fart.
If you want to break a big scandal, why don’t you show you have a sack (god i got a mental picture of that wrinkly old thing) and tell the world about Karen Sypher’s story. Oh i forgot that’s real Journalism and not just anti-Kentucky shit spewing.

This is an open letter to the fans and loyal readers of this site, i appreciate each of you and and thank you for reading our blog, but i need to clear somethings up. A couple of people have said recently that the site was a little crude and racy for their taste’s, I respect your opinion and never meant to offend anyone, but from the start we meant for this site to be different than the rest, their are at least 20 UK site’s and some of them are very established, we cant compete with that just being a run of the mill site, why would people come here for their news when they have read Cats pause or KSR for years ?

The vision for this site began with myself and my best friend of thirty years shooting hoops in my driveway, he designs web sites, and we were talking about how cool it would be to have our own UK site, we talked about ways to draw in reader’s from the big site’s, and from that UNCENSORED was born. The Idea from the beginning was to be rude, crude, and in your face, to be an alternative to the average site. we’re the yen to their yang, the dark to their lite, their a little country we’re a little rock n roll, we’re the Spike TV to their Lifetime, we’re ACDC to their Elton John . Now i realize this will make us a niche site, we will never be a place for everyone, i have kids and i don’t want them on this site, this is not a site for my mother, but it was never meant to be that, it was meant to be a little wild, and a little crazy, that’s the hook that will draw people.

We are not a professional news outlet and i don’t want to be, this is a site created by two die hard UK fans and my commentary and things i post are just random ravings of a madman, when folks think of Big Blue Uncensored i want them to think, what is that maniac going to write today, who will he blast in the weekly rant , and what crazy shit will be on there today. that was the vision of this site, a place we’re we can say and do what we want, rant during the game’s and just have fun being fans.

Like i said, i want folks to enjoy the site, but it is not for children, its not for everyone. It is what it is, and i will always just be me, if the site is not for you I’m sorry, but i cant be something I’m not and what i am makes this Uncensored.

This week’s rant has been a long time coming, and it is a valagrant and slanderous personal attack on THE SCUM OF ALL INTERNET PERSONALITY’S MARC MAGGARD. If you don’t know who the frosted wonder is than you’re much happier in life than those who do, and don’t need to read this, but if you do you will know every word is justified.

The nicest ways I can think of to describe Maggard are as follows: He is a boil on the ass of humanity, a blight on the ass of society, a pimple on the ass of Kentucky, and just the whole ass in general, the crack, the cheeks, the hole, the hair in the crevice, and the crusty nugget that hangs there. Now ill tell you how I really feel.

Mr. Marc(the herpes) Maggard is a self proclaimed insider who runs a little site called True Blue Kentucky and charge’s hard working Kentuckians (who are pathetic enough to pay) for supposed inside scoops on recruiting and (make believe) behind the scenes info. This turd actually makes his living off this farce, You all remember some of his nuggets if inside info [b]” Billy Donavon’s a done deal to Kentucky”[/b], or [b]“Xavier Henry is a lock”[/b], or my personal favorite [b]“No way Dr Todd will let Calipari be hired”[/b]. He has given all this solid info and more for the low price of $13.95 per month. To me it is lower than low in this information age to charge fans that are just looking for a scoop for news, but for it to be made up predictions from a fraud is even worse.

I remember a few years ago Maggard was just a know it all poser who jumped around all the message boards acting like an insider (see Greg Hoover). I remember verbally smacking this fool around time after time. At that time he lived in Florida and was part of a scheme where he loaned money to old people for all their assets when they passed away (true story). He then started going to all the AAU summer tournaments and instantly became a wannabe talent scout and recruiting expert. He has at one time or another been involved with every UK site known to man, and before being banned, managed to convince some pathetic slobs to become his loyal followers. It truly sickens me that any young recruit that is approached by this leach would think he is associated with our great program. It is time the fans rise up, wake up and run this clown out of business.
